The most significant chapter in our history began in 2024 with the acquisition of Commtel Network Solutions Pty Ltd by the GenusPlus Group (ASX: GNP). This has fundamentally redefined what CommTel can deliver. By combining our deep-tier systems integration expertise with the scale and infrastructure power of Genus, we have expanded beyond being a technology provider to becoming a true end-to-end Systems & Infrastructure partner.
